The Representative Council shall be responsible for the supervision of the duties pf each organization of the Council.

The Representative council possess the power to formulate policy to adopt resolutions and to decide re -voting.

The Representative Council possess the authority to request information about certain matters from any member of the council. A written notice, however, should be given to the member three days prior to such requests.

The Representative Council the authority to request any members to attend its meetings as an observer to answer all related questions.
