The day wasn't very warm. The sun was behind the clouds and showed up only sometimes. The air was rather calm but cool wind made her to tremble from time to time. She walked down the street and thought about today's evening performance of her band.

"I think it will be raining today," she looked up at the sky and grey clouds, "Anyway we play in the "Avalanche" so the rain won't be a problem."

She stopped watching the clouds and noticed a man at the pavement opposite to her. It was him.

"Oh my gosh," she thought, "It's Elijah Wood. I can't believe it."

In the first moment she wanted to run towards him, grab him and start to kiss him but she remembered his words from one of the interview. It was about the same situation, he was walking down the street and suddenly a girl noticed him, rushed towards him and tried to kiss him. And he made her stop and told the whole situation was bizarre. Lee couldn't stand him being harsh or unpleasant to her. She liked him very much as an actor, thought him extremely cute and sweet but didn't want to show him, she's totally freaked out about him. He was now very close to her. She tried to smile a bit and just passed him by looking at his cute face and glowing eyes.

"He was also smiling," she thought and turned her head to look at him once again. In the same moment he turned his head too. She was staring at him for a while but forced herself to not run towards him. She smiled wider and went straight faster. She wasn't sure if he seemed to be a little bit confused. At the next moment she felt, she would cry somehow. She turned once again and saw Elijah in the distance. She took a deep breath and moved up her shoulders.

"Man, I've lost such a good chance. I'm so stupid," she laughed loudly.

It was raining heavily outside. But inside the "Avalanche" the atmosphere was rather hot. Lee's band "Sunflower" always played in this club. They not only played here but also spent a lot of time. The owner of the Avalanche was one of Sunflower's member - Billy, who also played the guitar. Lee was standing at so-called stage and looking at about thirty people in front of her.

"Ok friends," she said to them, "It's nice, you didn't scare of the rain! But it's raining outside so let's just rock!" she grabbed her guitar and started to play, "We'll start with 'Coma' but please don't fall asleep."

"...sick sad world we're living in
thirty holes twenty streets
all the trembling ill bodies
managed with nobodies
anything anyone
all is blind nothing kind
you + me
what is real
thirty holes twenty streets..."

The people jumped and sang with Lee. She loved performances. When she played she forgot about the whole world. She ended the song with the hard riff and looked happy at the audience. In one moment she thought see saw Elijah at the door but in the next second she thought it must have been her imagination.

"Lee, don't stand so still, let's play," Billy whispered to her, "Aren't you the one who is falling asleep?"

"No, I'm not falling asleep, I just thought, I saw someone. That's nothing."

"...upset world on 24th Street
we're lost at quicksands tonite
and everything look so easy
to try
so try won't you try & gone
from here from this world
on 24th Street
I've got nothing to lose
'cause all I have is me..."

After the concert Lee sat alone and chilled out drinking the water. When she picked up her eyes she saw Elijah Wood in front of her. He was a little bit wet and was smiling wide. She stood up immediately and started to gaze at him with eyes wide open.

"Hi, there," he said, "Great concert. I like your music a lot. I was here a couple of times before and always really enjoyed your play.

"You really were here? I've never seen you."

"I've always stood near the entrance. And I'm quite shy so I've never walked up to talk to you."

She was staring at his huge blue eyes, shining bright even in these poor light.

"I can't believe it, Elijah. You know, you are the one of my dreams!" she laughed and started to tremble when he touched her hand.

"When I saw you today at the street, giving me a smile I thought, you'd start to talk with me but you just passed by and I was a bit disappointed," he touched her arm and shoulder. She started to breathe faster.

"You know, I was thinking about running up to you, embracing you and kissing with you but I thought it would be silly," she ran her fingers through his wet hair, "Anyway, you could have started a chat," she smiled at him touching his neck.

"So I did it," his beautiful eyes were pointed at her face as in the place was nothing except her.

"In fact, you did," suddenly she started to laugh loudly.

"Why are you laughing?" he was a little bit astonished.

"Oh, I just remember your words from some interview about you being 'a hopeful romantic' and 'enjoying the companionship of a lovely female'" she felt his breath on her cheek.

"I'm enjoying the companionship of a lovely female right now," he whispered to her ear and started to kiss her earlobe.

"I have to believe you," she felt his warmth when she embraced his back.

"And what do you think the hopeful romantic would do in a moment like this?" he whispered the question with lips very close to hers.

"I think I can imagine that," she said and he touched her lips very gentle.

"You don't have to imagine," he kissed her with a passion and she gave him the kiss back.
They were enjoying the moment, kissing each other deeply. They forgot about the whole world, only felt the heat of their bodies, heard the sound of beating hearts and words of song, which Billy was playing.

"...even when you came up
wrapped me with wet shoulders
it won't change a thing now
'cause I'm not ready for the pain
won't be in a rainy day
maybe wouldn't have to..."

"...even when you came up
wrapped me with wet shoulders
it won't change a thing now
'cause I'm not ready for the pain
won't be in a rainy day
maybe wouldn't have to..."
