I believe that as a teacher, I have the responsibility to teach to the whole student. I have such a passion to not only teach my students, but really empower them. I want them to feel comfortbale enough in my classroom to take risks, and when it fails, to get right back up and try again. It is so important as an educator and a role model, to be attentitive of what is going on with your students. I may be the only positive influence my students may encounter. My heart and passion lies with my students' well being. My passion is in encouraging my students and allowing them to live out the dreams they have. |

Philosophy of Technology Integration |

Technology plays such a vital role in society today. It is amazing to me how much students know at such an early age. Technology is a venue that will allow my students to travel farther than they ever thought possible. I have learned how much technology can effect the results of your students as well as the type and level of work you ask of your students. In order to continue to challange my students and the quality of their work, I will integrate technology into as much of my teaching as I can. It is vital that these students learn as much about technology in the classroom as they can in order to integrate these skills into their lives once they graduate high school. |
