Sunday October 5:  Homecoming Kickoff Mass and Spirit Display Contest
The homecoming kickoff mass was held at Our Lady of Wisdom on the corner of McKinley Street and St. Mary.  The mass was at 11 am and there was quite a large turnout. There is also a contest to see who can come up wtih the most creative spirit display.  The displays were due by 5 pm in front of Dupre Library on St. Mary Street.

Monday October 6: Kickoff Party at the Alumni House
4:30 pm-The festivites were started by the announcing of the homecoming court.  Everyone met at the Alumni House.  The ULL Band come out and played the fight song for us and several other songs they play at the football games. The Ragin Jazz are led by Rachel this year and preformed a dance to "Shake Your Tailfeather" by Nelly.  There was also a spirit banner contest which can be viewed in the Student Union.


Tuesday October 7: Car Rally
5:30 pm- Everyone gathers a team of 6 or so people together and everyone meets at the Student Union Ballroom.  You are only allowed one car and you are given a set of questions.  You must find the answers to these questions however you can.  The object is to drive around town and find as many answers as quickly as possible.  The first whole team back wins. 

Wednsday October 8: Yell Like Hell
8am- Cajun Can Care Drive at the Alumni House started off the morning.  Each organization was challenged to bring in as many cans as possible.
9 am-"Paint the Town Red" business contest starts.
The falculty and residence halls were also challenged to decorate their doors in the most creative way possible. 
7 pm-And ending the night all the fraternities and sororities get together at Blackham Collesium and preform skits at what is called Yell Like Hell ( which was started by Tri-Delta in the 70s in case you were wondering).  All the skits are based around the theme: The past is history and the best is yet to come"

Tri Delta chose to use a circus theme with Ragin Cajun Football being the GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH! 

Thursday October 9: National Pan-Hellenic Council Expo at Student Union Ballroom

Friday Octorber 10: Red and White Day
Wear red and white all day!
8 am-Tennis tournament for Ragin Cajun Alumni and paint the town schools red begins today. 

Alumni Golf Tournament at Les Vieux Chenes golf course around noon will be tee-off
7:30 pm- Wind Ensemble Concert at Angelle Hall

Saturday October 11:
8 a.m. - Ragin’ Road Race • 9:30 a.m. - Open House at Louisiana’s Alumni Center
10 a.m. - Homecoming Parade. This is when all the organizations on campus make individual floats.  The parafe then makes a circle from Cajun Field to the front the Alumni Center.
12:30 p.m. - Tailgating Cookoff at Cajun Field.
4 p.m. - Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajuns vs. ULM’s Indians at Cajun Field
