Boston Adventure: On 5/26/2001, our Boston Adventure began. We took a tour bus from New York to Boston and arrived there at 9pm. We met Ada's friend from Harvard at China Town then together we went to the Harvard Campus. Life is always full of surprises, we didn't have a place to stay that night. Fortunately, with the help of Christine, a roommate of Ada's friend, we were allowed to stay in somebody else's dorm where there wasn't any pillow nor comforter ( it was an accident, we DID plan beforehand). At 3am we were still looking for a hotel room for the next day, then we tried to sleep at 4am. At around 5 o'clock in the morning, a giant (yup a giant, at least we think he is) walked in and made a huge noise, so we decided to "wake up" (though we hadn't slept at all) and began our sight seeing....
A quote from Jen, "Now you guys have something to remember!"
Absolutely!

The Subway station at Harvard. It was around 6 o'clock in the morning. Why were we up so early? 'Cause we didn't even sleep the night before!
The shuttle bus of Harvard University. Without getting any sleep the night before, do we still look happy? I guess we will qualify for the candidates of the next Oscar Best Actress...
The Memorial Hall of Harvard University. Can you see that the sign and the wall are still wet? It was raining soooooo heavily 5 minutes before I took this picture...how bad luck we are!
This is the Red Trolley Bus we took in Boston, it stops at all the attractions and that's the way we went around the city, twice. Can you believe that we fell asleep on the bus whose ticket cost us 22 US dollars each?
Together with the Red Trolley Tickets, we got a free cruise. This
is the compartment of the boat we got onto. See those glasses on the
table? Our eyes were too tired to wear contact lens, so we had to wear
glasses and took them off everytime we took pictures....poor us! |
