"Why are you making me do this?" "Oh shush, Usa-chan," Rei snapped. "You love this band!" "Yeah, girl," Minako agreed. "Anyway, you’ve been so sad lately. I’m worried." "It’s true, Usa," Makoto added. "Mamoru isn’t everything. He’s only a guy." "Whatever, Mako-chan," Usagi sighed, as they entered the huge arena. "EEEEEEK!" Minako squealed. "Look over there! Isn’t that guy selling t-shirts just to DIE for!?" "Oh, wow, Minako!" Makoto sighed. "He looks just like my old boyfriend.. only it couldn’t be him! He never made any money. Come on, Usa. Lets go talk to him!" "I don’t want to, Mako-chan. You guys go ahead. I’ll meet you back here," Usagi replied. "You sure, Usa-chan?" Rei asked, concern showing in her eyes. "Yes, Rei-chan. You guys go have fun." "If you insist.." Minako sighed. "I do!" "Alright.. but you should really open up more. I miss the old Usa. Now, Makoto, about that guy.." Usagi leaned on a stall and waited for the concert to begin. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "Konichiwa! I’m Adam-" the lead singer of the Counting Crows began, but was cut off by his screaming fans. "Though I get the feeling you already knew that. Anyway, we’d like a really good friend of ours to come out here are help us get started! Lemme hear you make some noise for Chiba Mamoru!" Everyone is the audience exploded into applause. Everyone except for one shocked blond girl and her three friends. "Konichiwa, minna-san!" Mamoru called, taking the microphone from Adam. "The song I’ll be singing for you today is called ‘Your Eyes’ bye Jonathon Larson. Its for Usako, the one I never should have let get away. You can see it in my eyes" As the band took over and reached a spiraling crescendo, Mamoru turned and walked off stage, wiping his eyes slightly. Makoto and Rei stood with their jaws hanging open. Minako wiped a tear from her cheek. Usagi grinned with all her might. "Oh! I knew you still cared! Don't worry, Mamo-chan!
