| PROFESSIONAL PHILOSOPHY: There is more to real estate than just selling or buying. In this ever changing market, consumers realize the value in real estate as not only their primary home, but also in vacation homes, investment income and retirement planning. Consulting with my clients helps me to gain valuable knowledge in which to structure a plan to assist clients in achieving their current and future goals. I focus on the goal at hand, prioritizing my clients' best interest and maintaining objectivity. My approach to real estate is open communication with strong listening skills. I am a member of the Salt Lake Board of Realtors, the Wasatch Front MLS and the National Board of Realtors, and REBAC,, which I feel encourage continuing education, maintain professionalism and uphold a high standard of ethics. Prior to being a Real Estate Agent, I was in the "customer seat" of purchasing and selling my own home. I realize the importance of quality customer service. I believe in the Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." Working with Exit Realty Elite gives me all the tools necessary to provide A-1 quality service. Exit has everything necesary to help you with your Real Estate needs: New Homes , Existing Homes, Elite Mortgage Services (even with less than perfect credit, our Mortgage Agents will help you with your financial needs). My goal is to provide more than 100% dedicated quality service to my clients. PERSONAL BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION: Home is where my heart is and my heart is in Utah. I am a native Utahan - born and raised in Salt Lake City and for the past 10 years I have been residing in West Jordan. For a couple of years I lived on the East Coast, where I learned to appreciate and admire people with very diverse cultures and backgrounds. Coming from a family of six children, I have the opportunity to interact daily with one or more of my many nieces and nephews (3 years old to 33 years old). These wonderful children have taught me the importance of patience and negotiation, as well as the need for balance in family and career. My present and previous volunteer experiences include being a Sunday School and Primary Teacher, a Church Volunteer, doing teaching and community service projects in New York, New York and New Jersey, plus being a junior and senior volunteer at St. Mark's and Holy Cross Hospitals in Salt Lake City. In addition, my work as a Director of Human Resources enabled me to help the Catholic Community Services, in Salt Lake, with the Asian, Bosnian and Iranian Refugee Programs that were being done in conjunction with the Utah State Department of Human Services. This gratifying work rewarded me with an award in 1995. I attended the University of Utah, where I majored in Psychology and took business courses at the Salt Lake Community College, as well as taking my real estate courses at The Real Estate School in Salt Lake. I feel continuing education is very important and I am currently pursuing more specialty courses in Real Estate to better serve my clients. My diverse employment background encompases Residential Real Estate, Human Resource and Office Management, as well as helping a friend with her company as a part-time Manufacturer Sales and Marketing Representative. This blending of all my experience contributes to successfully facilitating the many facets of a real estate transaction. Anna K.
