On the outside: Draw a pentacle perferabley in silver
Inside it: Garlic is a fantastic protectent but I wouldn'tuse it. For one very good reason: nobody will mess with you if theycan't get withen five feet of you. Prtection is good, but not to thepoint of isolation.

bloodroot
cloves(recomended)
Saint John Wort
Then put your full name or witch name and birthday on a triangleshaped piece of white wax or paper. Put a drop of your blood on itand place it in the bag.
Seal and concecrate it.
