Battle of Geonosis
The beginning of the Clone Wars. After Obi-Wan Kenobi reports droid armies are being manufactured on the Techno Union world of Geonosis, the Republic mobilises its new army while the Jedi Knights attempt to rescue Obi-Wan. The Republic invades the planet, causing the Confederacy to flee. Many Jedi die in the battle, but the Seperatists are routed (Attack of the Clones - film)

Assignment: Corellia
Mace Windu sends a Jedi team to retrieve files on a prototype of some very valuable circuitry. Jedi Aayla Secura and Ylenic It'kla, helped by Neeja Halcyon, foil the Confederacy's plans for obtaining the files (Elusion Illusion - from SW Insider #66)

- Month 1 after the Battle of Geonosis -

Evacuation of Rhen Var
Obi-Wan and Anakin help personnel, troops and Jedi evacuate from a Republic outpost on Rhen Var as Confederate forces approach. The Seperatists take Rhen Var (The Clone Wars - video game)

Battle for the Decimators
Count Dooku's apprentice, Sev'rance Tann, obtains information regarding the Decimator weapon being created by Wookiees, and destroys a Republic spaceport. She then heads to Alaris Prime and captures the Decimators (Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns - video game)

Battle of Raxus Prime
Anakin and Obi-Wan arrive on Raxus Prime as Count Dooku is overseeing a digging operation to find the ancient Sith weapon known as the Dark Reaper. Anakin challenges Dooku, but is captured onboard the Count's ship, which flees the planet. Obi-Wan is left to deal with a protodeka guard left behind. Boba Fett is also on Raxus Prime, but is put aboard a Republic assault ship and taken to Bespin. There, he teams up with Aurra Sing (The Clone Wars - video game, Boba Fett: Crossfire - novel)

Battle of Alaris Prime
Dooku's Force Harvester is tested on Kashyyyk's moon, Alaris Prime. Anakin escapes from inprisonment and contacts the Republic. Clonetroopers arrive and liberate Alaris Prime, but Dooku and the Force Harvester escape (The Clone Wars - video game)

Mission to The Wheel
Aayla Secura is sent to The Wheel to find Quinlan Vos. There, the Jedi learn the Confederacy is planning to attack Kamino - though this was set up by Count Dooku and Darth Sidious: they know the attack will fail, and need the cloning facilities for their future plans (Sacrifice - comic)

Battle of Mirgoshir
The Force Harvester is used on Mon Calamari, Bakura and the Mirgoshir system. The Confederacy takes control of the system (The Clone Wars - video game)

Battle of Bespin
The Tibanna gas colonies on Bespin are taken by the Confederacy. The Republic assumes the orphans transferred from Raxus Prime to Cloud City are captured or killed (The Clone Wars - video game, Boba Fett: Crossfire - novel)

Conspiracy on Aargau
Boba Fett hunts for his father's hidden wealth while clonetroopers occupy Aargau and investigate the Bank Clan's activities (Boba Fett: Maze of Deception - novel)

Battle of Rhen Var
Anakin and Obi-Wan return to Rhen Var to find the tomb of Ulic Qel-Droma - who, millennia ago, defeated the Dark Reaper that Dooku is using again. Anakin learns how to defeat it after battling the Confederacy outside the tomb. Rhen Var is liberated from Confederate control (The Clone Wars - video game)

Battle of Ossus
The Confederacy attacks and captures the Jedi stronghold of Ossus. It fell within days of fighting (The Clone Wars - video game)

Battle of Thule
The Jedi attack a Confederate base on Thule, and attempt to reach the Dark Reaper stored there. Firstly, Anakin disables the shield generator protecting the planet from the Thule moon. Mace Windu and Obi-Wan then attacked the Seperatists on the planet, before Anakin defeated the Dark Reaper (The Clone Wars - video game)

Second Battle of Mirgoshir
The Republic takes back Mirgoshir from the Confederacy (The Clone Wars - video game)

Invasion of Sarapin
Sev'Rance Tann and her Decimators destroy a Republic outpost on Sarapin and capture a Citadel called Mt. Corvast. Prior to the invasion, her forces eliminated the planetary shield from an asteroid above Sarapin. However, a week later, Republic forces led by Echuu Shen-Jon take back Sarapin and Mt. Corvast (Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns - video game)

Battle of Krant
After Echuu's padawan is captured by Sev'Rance Tann on Sarapin, Echuu heads to Krant to find Sev'Rance. He attacks the Confederate base with Republic forces, and kills Tann. However, he chooses to remain on Krant to meditate on the darkness within him (Galactic Battlegrounds: Clone Campaigns - video game)

- Month 2 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Battle of Kamino
Jedi Knights Kit Fisto and Aayla Secura stop a Kaminoan saboteur from tampering with the Republic clonetroopers on Kamino. (Tides of Terror - comic) More Jedi then move in to defend Kamino from a Confederate attack. During the starfighter battle that ensues, Obi-Wan is shot down into the ocean. Anakin rescues him, and - after battling a sea creature - they head for Tipoca City. There, droids clash with clones in vicious fights. The Confederacy try to destroy the shields protecting the city, but are duped by the Kaminoans. Kamino is sucessfully defended (The Defense of Kamino - comic)

- Month 3 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Defense of Naboo
Anakin and Obi-Wan battle the Confederacy an Ohma-D'un, Naboo's moon, now home to a Gungan colony. The Jedi battle Asajj Ventress and Durge, but the Dark Jedi and the bounty hunter escape. The Confederacy's plan to smash transports into Theed City is foiled (Graveyard Moon - comic, The New Face of War - comic)

Assault on Teyr
Jedi K'Kruhk and a batallion of clonetroopers attack Confederate forces on Teyr, though they lose most of their soldiers. K'Kruhk later joins the Jedi dissidents against fighting in the Wars (Jedi: Mace Windu - comic)

Battle of Lianna
Jedi Cai Vookto leads Republic forces into battle against the Confederacy, but is killed. Ki-Adi-Mundi leads the troops to victory (Jedi: Mace Windu - comic)

Meeting On Ruul
Mace Windu goes to Sriluur's moon of Ruul to speak with the Jedi dissidents led by Sora Bulq, but ends up fighting Bulq and Asajj Ventress. Mace leaves Ruul, but Asajj and Bulq are still alive (Jedi: Mace Windu - comic)

- Month 4 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Mission to Queyta
Anakin and Obi-Wan meet Asajj and Durge once again while trying to recover an antidote to a chemical weapon used on Ohma-D'un. The Jedi who accompany them die in the fight, but Obi-wan and Anakin manage to bring the antidote back to Coruscant (Blast Radius - comic)

- Month 5 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Battle of Brentaal IV
After the Jedi learn that Confederate ion cannons are blasting Republic ships out of the sky on Grentaal IV, General Shaak-Ti and an infiltration team set out to disable them (Jedi: Shaak-Ti - comic)

Third Battle of Mirgoshir
The Confederacy once again battles for supremacy on Mirgoshir (Jedi: Shaak-Ti - comic)

- Month 6 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Haruun Kal Crisis
Mace Windu heads to Haruun Kal to find his old padawan, Depa Billaba, who has gone missing there - and has possibly fallen to the dark side. Mace treks through the jungles and learns of the war on Haruun Kal (Shatterpoint - novel)

Mission to Null
Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker help defend a system alliance from Count Dooku's super battle droids. The droids are destroyed and the alliance stays with the Republic, but Dooku escapes (Legacy of the Jedi - novel)

- Month 9 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Raid on Pengalan IV
A full platoon of clone troopers is sent to Pengalan IV aboard the Sea Legacy to destroy a diamond boron missiles facility in the city of Tur Lorkin, Though many of the clones die, the mission is a sucess (Insider #65)

Mission to Bassadro
Jedi General Empatojoyos Brand lead a clonetrooper batallion against the Seperatists on Bassadro, and takes the planet for the Republic (Insider #65)

The Dagu Revolt
Jedi Shaak-Ti attempts to liberate Republic prisoners of war caught behind Separatist lines (Escape From Dagu - novel)

Battle of Ord Canfre
The Republic forces on Ord Canfre eventually lose to the Confederacy after a long battle (Insider #65)

- Month 10 After the Battle of Geonosis -

The New Droid Army
Anakin Skywalker is sent to Tatooine to retrieve information vital to the Republic. He finds a new type of battle droid is being made for the Confederacy. These Cortosis Droids are being made on Metalorn, so after aiding in the defense of Coruscant, Anakin heads to the Techno Union factory world. There, he destroys the Confederate factories, halting Cortosis Droid production (The New Droid Army - video game)

- Month 11 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Attack on Atraken
The Seperatists unleash biochemical agents on Atraken to deter Republic forces, but the toxin kills thousands of civilians. The Seperatists are denied access to shipping ore because of the tragedy (Insider #67)

The Bio-Droid Threat
Obi-Wan Kenobi and Kit Fisto uncover a deadly new type of bio-battle droid being built on the foundries of Ord Cestus (The Cestus Deception -novel)

The Spaarti Incident
The Republic battles for possession of Spaarti cloning cylinders to produce more clonetroopers (Insider #68-70)

Battle of Dreighton
During a space battle between the Republic and the Confederacy, both sides are wiped out by unknown means (Rebel Assault II - video game)

Obi-Wan Kenobi leads a clonetrooper assault on Jabiim, but when he goes missing, presumed dead, it is up to Anakin Skywalker to save the Republic and the Jedi from the Confederacy (Battle of Jabiim - comic)

- Month 16 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Battle of Skorr II
When the Republic learned the Confederacy was planning to use Skorr II as a launch-point for an operation in the Rimma Trade Route, Mace Windu was sent to the planet. He and a team of clonetroopers defeated the droid forces occupying the Interplanetary Blastport, causing the native Squibs to honour him as a hero (Insider #69)

Battle of Kabal
Republic walkers storms Kabal and takes the planet after riots caused damage to the Government's Citadel (Insider #69)

- Month 24 After the Battle of Geonosis -

Casualties of Drongar
Extended ground fighting persists on the planet Drongar, a prime source of bota - which is an important plant used for pharmaceutical purposes. A Republic medical team along with Jedi healer, Barriss Offee, goes to retrieve the supplies (MedStar duology - novels)

The Clone Wars spanned three years and the entire galaxy in one devastating battle after the other. The Republic, aided by the Jedi Knights, battled the Confederacy on far-flung worlds such as Rhen Var and Thule to the likes of Naboo and Kamino for supremacy of the galaxy.
