This is Mike and Mendy's
Hospital Visit.
They toured the Birthing
facilities.
Michael is wearing
weighted maternity gear to get an idea of what it feels like to be pregnant.
He got to experience
how difficult it is to pick up items off the floor
for when Mendy's pregnancy
gets further along.
WHAT A TROUPER!!!!!
These are a series of
pictures of how Mendy's pregnancy is progressing.
In the second ultrasound
you can see a little hand sticking up.
The doctor's office
says she is right on schedule
when it comes to size
and weight gain.
Mendy went for her last ultrasound on March 8th.
Daddy took a video of the office visit and ultrasound.
It was so exciting finding out Baby is a BOY!!!
As of May 18th, Baby Caelan is about 5 lbs. and 15 3/4 inches long from head to bottom.
His eyes may be wide open now, and he could be sportin' some hair!!!
Caelan could also get the hiccups and Mendy could feel this when he does.
Daddy Michael gets to feel baby kick all the time now.
Baby Caelan is kicking up a storm!
Caelan has finally got himself turned around to get ready for his debut....Woohoo!
Only 4 weeks to go until his due date.
They are so thrilled.
These are pictures of the painting of the nursery and putting the crib together.
Daddy has been busy getting Caelan's nursery room just right for when he arrives.
It is almost completed and the baby furniture has arrived.
Mendy is busy washing all of Caelan's baby clothes and blankets.
Almost every detail is taken care of now.
May 31st: Everything is ready for Caelan's arrival!!!
The nursery is finished and now just needs "Baby Boy" to make it complete. :-)
Mendy's last doctor's appointment showed some changes beginning to take place.
She is beginning the transition to prepare for labor.
This could take up to 2 weeks to complete.
Mendy is right on schedule for her due date. :-)
