                  Increase Federal Government funding for public, non religious 
                  schools.

                  Allow parents to use local and state money to send their 
                  children to private religious schools.

                  Give teachers cash bonuses from the Federal Government for 
                  teaching in poor rural areas and poor urban areas.

                  Increase Federal Government funding for job training.

                  Increase Federal Government funding for public transportation 
                  in poor rural areas and poor urban areas.

                  Increase Federal Government funding for libraries, health care 
                  clinics, and community centers in poor rural areas and poor 
                  urban areas.
