I hope to win the Republican Presidential nomination in 2004 and be elected President of the United States of America in 2004. I doubt I will win the Republican nomination in 2004. I believe I will be elected President of the United States of America in the future. I would be happy to give free, no strings attached advice to some of the Democratic Presidential candidates on how they may be able to beat President Bush via e-mail and/or in person in Manchester, NH because I want President Bush to lose in 2004. I voted for President Bush in 2000. I am not going to make that mistake in 2004. I wish I had written in none of the above in 2000. The following advice may help Democratic Presidential candidates. One. Support lower taxes for the poor, the middle class, and the rich. People are more likely to work harder and smarter when their taxes are reduced. This should be common sense for Presidential candidates. Two. Support farm subsidies for small farms. Do not support farm subsidies for Fortune 500 companies. Three. President Bush's Administration has denied Amendment Six Rights to citizens of the United States of America that have been called enemy combatants. The Bill of Rights are in existence in peace time and war time. If we win every battle against terrorists and lose our civil liberties in the process, we will have lost the War for Freedom. Amendment Five of the United States Constitution says "No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise, infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use without just compensation." Amendment Six of the United States Constitution says "In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense." Enemy combatants who are citizens of the United States of America are protected by Amendment Six of the United States Constitution which means citizens may not be detained by the United States Military without a speedy and public trial. Citizens may not be denied lawyers. Four. Do not support tariffs on steel imports. Supporting price floors in the steel industry are acceptable. Five. Support bigger tax deductions for hybrid cars, solar production panels, and hydrogen fuel cells. Six. Ask President Bush why he surrounds himself with corrupt people. He wanted Henry Kissinger to lead the Independent Investigation into the September 11, 2001 attack. Henry Kissinger was a significant part of President Nixon's corrupt administration. Vice Admiral John Poindexter (USN retired) has an important position in President Bush's administration. He is working in the Pentagon's Office of Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. I believe that Oliver North and John Poindexter committed treason during Iran Contra. John Poindexter admitted that "he destroyed evidence in connection with Iran-contra affair" when he was President Reagan's national security adviser. Ask President Bush if he dragged his feet on having an Independent Investigation into the attack on our country on September 11, 2001 so that his administration could destroy evidence the way that Oliver North and John Poindexter did during Iran Contra. Eight. Ask President Bush why he did not insist that NATO participate fully in the War on Terrorism immediately after the attack on our country on September 11, 2001. NATO is an entangling military alliance. An attack on our country is supposed to be taken as seriously as an attack on another NATO country. Nine. Ask President Bush about his dealings with energy companies. Ten. Support the creation of a National Health Care Agency similar to the Federal Employees Health Benefits program that for profits and non profits will be able to compete against. Individuals should be allowed to buy individual health care policies from the National Health Care Agency. Groups should be able to buy group plans. The National Health Care Agency should offer some plans that include prescription drug coverage. Eleven. Support making Medicare more like the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program and have it have a prescription drug component. Twelve. Say that the Federal Government should have to pay the full cost of mandates that it says State Governments and Local Governments must do that are not required by the United States Constitution. Thirteen. Ask President Bush why his administration handled the Anthrax scare incompetently. His administration thought United States Postal Service workers were not at high risk for getting Anthrax. You have to wonder how dumb the people are that President Bush has surrounded himself with. If people can get sick from receiving mail, the people who deliver the mail obviously can get sick. Fourteen. Ask President Bush why his administration did not take more seriously the many warnings his administration received about dealing with the possibility that a plane could be hijacked and turned into a bomb. After September 11, 2001, members of President Bush's Administration said they never considered the possibility that a plane could be hijacked and turned into a bomb. When I heard that, I started wondering how incredibly dumb the people in President Bush's Administration are. The Japanese often turned their planes into bombs during World War 2. In the 1970s, planes were often hijacked. A while after the President Bush Administration said it never considered the possibility that a plane could be turned into a bomb, it admitted that it had been warned on more than one occasion about the possibility that a hijacked plane could be turned into a bomb. Why did President Bush's Administration not push to put more Sky Marshalls on airplanes after the first warning? I hope people will remember that President Bush delayed the creation of an Independent Investigation into the September 11, 2001 attack. Soon after the attack on our country on December 7, 1941 which was a far more serious attack than September 11, 2001, our country had an Independent Investigation into the attack on Pearl Harbor.
