 Andrew and Alexander Steel 
My great grandfather, Andrew Steel and his twin brother, Alexander Scotland Steel. The photo was taken in 1895 on the occasion of their 21st birthday in Dundee, Scotland. The two boys were the first children born to Edward Lennox Steel and Jessie Scotland-both had children from previous marriages. They were born in Dundee on December 16, 1874. Andrew married Jessie Maxwell in Dundee on April 7, 1899. Alexander married Isabelle MacDonald. A younger brother, Edward, married Isabella H. Innes on January 1, 1900 in Dundee. All three of the brothers came to live in the U.S. in the early part of the 20th century.
