 François Truchon and wife Rose Michaud pose with their children, Antoinette, Edmond, Arthur (directly behind François), Phillias, Pauline, and Marion Truchon. 
François Truchon was born in the parish of Saint Jerôme de Matane on January 19, 1866, the son of Janvier Truchon and Leocadie Desbien. On January 9, 1888 François married Rose Delima Michaud, the daughter of Jean-Baptiste Michaud and Basilisse Gauthier at Saint Jerome de Matane. The family moved to Concord, New Hampshire, where this picture was most likely taken. With special thanks to Diane Rice.
