This course will provide you with a broad understanding of IT and give you the opportunity to develop your skills in using a wide range of applications (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, HTML and online business). This course teaches you about information systems and software applications. You learn by completing projects and assignments that are based on realistic workplace situations, activities and demands. All units are assessed and graded and an overall grade for the qualification is then awarded. There are no examinations on this course which is equivalent to four GCSEs grades A* to C.The length of the cousre is one year full time, to enter this course you will need four GCSEs at grade D and above, including English and Maths.
