| Quilts From The Heart |
| Each quilt she stitched with pride. Each stitch was made with love. Each one a moment of her life. Each one made with faith in the one above. Each pattern she chose with guidence and thought. Each one came from her heart with extra servings of love. Each one made with a rainbow of colors to show her love for the beauty that surrounds us. Each one a work of art made with love from her heart. |

Mom loved making quilts and each thursday she would join her friends at the church to work on one. Mom also made quilts on her own at home, she made a special one for each of her six children and had started to make one for each of her sixteen grandchildren. I do believe mom would have tried to make one for each of her fourteen great grandchildren if she had been able to. Mom always made her quilts with so much love, this is why I chose to to write her special poem about quilts. Mom will live on in each of our hearts forever. I Love You Mom |
