| The canard is on the floor and upside down. The trim spring is a fiberglass leaf spring made from 6 plies of uni wrapped around the torque tube at one end and 2 steel bushings at the other. An AN3 bolt goes thru the bushings and attaches to the actuator. There ar 2 pop rivets to secure the spring to the torque tube to be sure it doesn't debond. |
