One of my favorite pastimes is reading. I like all sorts of genres, though my favorites would be mystery, science fiction and fantasy. My absolute favorite book would have to be The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkein. Other favorites include Cyteen, Macbeth, and the Harry Potter series.
I also like to write, though I can only do so when the Muse inspires me. Sometimes it's daily, sometimes it's monthly. I don't argue with her any more - I just take the inspiration as it comes.
