The mission of ServCom is to ensure that communities establish and sustain healthy environments for its members by developing programs that improve academic achievement, personal growth, economic vitality, intergenerational literacy, self-sufficiency, and good citizenship.

Our goals are to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and youth to excel academically, emotionally, and socially; to foster an environment where adult primary caregivers learn and practice effective parenting skills; to facilitate adult literacy and job-training, and increase accessibility to, and retention of, employment; to maximize the contributions persons 55 years of age and older make to the community; and to bring sustainability strategies, resources and tools to private businesses, faith-based and community-based organizations, public service agencies, policy makers and community leaders.
