I have this desire to love you
A hope of sharing my life with you I carry
With you I want to grow old now
You are the one for me, the one I want to marry

The burden of solitude has grown unbearable
I am running out the ways to fight my sadness
Please let me be yours, let me have you now
Please come and love me, before my misery become a madness

I look forward to talk to you everyday
Your voice I hardly I get to hear
Seldom I see you smiling in my laughter
But still I find you so close, so near

Yes there is so much to see of each other
There are so many things you might expect of me
Some pleasures I can give you and some I cannot
But for a little of your love, you will have all of me

I know your fears seal your lips
Your love is eclipsed by your demons
But when you look unto me and hold my hand
Together we will answer the questions, the unknowns

No proof can I ask of your affection
No evidence of me being your soul mate exists
Nor have I heard you say you love me
But a faith in you I have, this trust in you I persist

People call me a fool for loving you
For loving someone I have yet to touch
But they do not feel what I feel inside
A desire to make you mine, for me this is much

I can only hope and keep believing in you
and then when these clouds of uncertainty fly away
You will run to me with open arms
I will have your love then and all my sorrows will go away
