Man has mastered all the forces
nature ever made.
He stands aloof and mighty,
of none he is afraid.

Intoxicated by power he exists
the world drooling at his feet.
A crown of stars around his head,
he doesn't know his defeat.

Power darken and power made
supreme alone he reigns.
In search of glory and pre-eminence,
with blood himself he stains.

But man forgets even he was created
from dust at natures feet.
And to this dust he shall return,
when he topples from his seat.
