I to God

Those sins those pains outwards I recall.
Deepest I am no deeper can I fall.

Conceived wrong perceived false,
Ignorance where my mind belonged.

Blamed not self but your gifted fate,
selfish the Inner me, gave not love but hate.

neither a good offspring I could be,
nor an eternal friend lived In me.

Lord you forever present, could not feel,
no wonder wounds of mine could never heal.

Now my deeds have prompted me to plead,
bestow your Light that Is all I need.

In me you fill perpetual love,
pray should my soul, mind free as dove.

Help me resist the hateful profanity,
my evil be pregnable, then name me with humanity.

Oh! Lord of eternity bless me with your benevolence,
to make me your follower and a human there hence.
