She is as academically accomplished as Ami and she is also a skilled violinist. She can be described as a maiden, being the feminine half of the Haruka/Michiru relationship. She enjoys art and drawing, and sometimes draws Haruka. As Sailor Neptune, she also uses water based attacks like Sailor Mercury, only Neptune's attacks are more offensive and powerful. She is the carrier of one of the three talisman, the Deep Aqua Mirror, which has the power to see everything, and she uses the Deep Aqua Mirror in one of her attacks. Sailor Neptune's fuku is a turquoise skirt, collar, choker with a turquoise jewel with gold triangles, a dark blue bow in the front with a turquoise button and a dark blue bow in the back. When she becomes Super Sailor Neptune, her button becomes a heart, her sleeves have a transparent cap, and the bow on the back becomes longer, there is a star on her choker, and her collar has on white stripe. She wears turquoise high heels with turquoise ankle straps, and gloves past her wrists with a turquoise trim. Her tiara has a turquoise jewel in it.
