The 13th Annual Cowley County Toy Run was held November 8, 2003.  Despite temperatures in the 40's, 198 motorcyclists and their passengers, plus a number of autos participated.  The donation to the local Salvation Army was $1,462 in cash and over $6000 in toys.  Here are just a few of the pictures from this event.
