Is There An Undeclared Epidemic?

It may be just a coincidence, but it seems to me that "simulated" exercises being carried out at this point in time may in some way be connected to the raging fires that are burning in Los Alamos.

The reason that I say this is because it would seem logical that the first line of defense against a biological or chemical hazard is incineration. I believe that incinerating or storing hazardous materials is the currently accepted SOP. Operation "Top off" that is currently being staged in New Hampshire, Washington D.C., and Colorado seems to be an operation that is following on the heels of a hazard that is moving from east to west. And it seems that the line of defense is the Mountain States area.

If in fact the West Nile virus could have been stopped by setting New York ablaze...I would venture a guess that New York -- like New Mexico -- would be in flames right now.

And another thing that most people aren't concerned with or aware of is 50 USC 1520(a), and what I believe to be the actual use of these chemicals and biologicals on civilian populations in the U.S. and around the world!

Consider the following outbreaks that have exploded on humanity within just the past dozen years or so....and never before have these viruses and diseases affected humanity in the way that they now are:

•Aids and HIV

•Gulf War Syndrome

•Ebola Virus

•E-Coli Bacteria

•Hanta Virus

•West Nile Virus

•Mad Cow Disease

I think what many people fail to realize is that when you are actually in a state of war you must have weapons that will kill or cripple the enemy forces by any means necessary. This includes using the enemy's food and water supplies as a weapon against themselves, and not just blowing them up and shooting them.
