swipes________________
this requires good balance and upper body strength, cuz not only r u on just ur hands at sum
points of the swipe, but ur jumping onto them and pushing urself off them
starting position:
get in a crab position. ur body should not be as scrunched
up as in the 3- and 2-steps, but ur torso should be level wit the rest of ur body. lift ur
left hand and ur left foot off the ground. spend a lil time just gettin used to this position,
as it's pretty awkward. now ur ready to begin
- push off the ground wit ur right hand and swing it ova to ur left side. since ur left hand
is also off the ground at this time, u could say ur sorta jumping to ur left
- u want ur hands to land at the EXACT SAME TIME. this will take practice cuz ur left hand
is gonna wanna land first
- right b4 u land on ur hands, swing ur left foot down and under ur right, while swinging ur right
foot up and over. ur feet should be traveling in a circular direction to each other.
- as ur body gets real twisted up, push off of the ground just in time for ur right foot to land back
on the ground. u must remember to make sure ur hands land at the same time, and try follow a circle
on the ground wit ur hands and ur foot. make sure ur hands and ur foot r at opposite sides of this
imaginary circle
