4-step________________
it
is very important to stay on ur toes for every step that u land facing down,
and stay on ur heels every time u land facing up. try to stay away from landing
on ur whole foot, it takes speed away and it doesn't feel as smooth when u do
it.
start in a pushup position, but don't have everything as stretched out
and straight as u do when u do a pushup. for example, keep ur legs slightly
bent, stuff like that
- pick up ur right hand and move ur left foot under ur right, and put it down
where ur right hand was.
- move ur right foot foward so that it lands behind ur left leg, about halfway
ur knee and ur foot
- the second ur right foot hits the ground, swing ur left foot around in front of u while bending
and bringing it in. u should end up wit ur left foot underneath u, so ur
almost sittin on it. u should be on ur toes right now and when ur foot hits
the ground, put ur right hand on the ground behind u
- if u've every seen ppl (like jmac) do coffee grinders/ helicopters/ whatever ppl call them (the move
where u swing a leg around ur body, hopping over it every time it reaches ur other foot), this
is basically wat u'll be doing on the 4th step. lift ur left hand off the ground and
swing ur right foot hard around the front of ur
body hard, and once ur right foot is in front of ur left leg, put ur left hand back down. at the same
time, hop over ur right foot wit ur left, and land wit both ur feet behind u in the position u started
