2-step________________
it
is very important to stay on ur toes for every step that u land facing down,
and stay on ur heels every time u land facing up. try to stay away from landing
on ur whole foot, it takes speed away and it doesn't feel as smooth when u do
it.
start in a crab position, wit ur right leg bent so ur knee is pointing to the ceiling
and wit ur left leg straight out, but not too straight out. in fact, nothing should
really be too stretched out, it cuts down on mobility; make sure ur hands and feet right
always w/in a good short distance of each other. also, u should only be on ur left hand
- kick ur right foot out and bring ur left foot in, almost like ur switching them around,
but keep ur right foot off the ground. lift ur left hand off the ground.
- swing ur right foot to the left, while throwing ur left hand to the right, and puttin
it down next to ur right hand. this should cause ur right foot to swipe under ur left, and if
ur momentum keeps goin, u'll end up on ur right foot with ur left leg out. all u will need to
do is lift ur right hand back off the ground once ur right foot starts to come down. u'll end
up in the starting position (obviously) and hopefully facing the opposite direction
