If you play Time Trial enough and get a fast time, T.T. will send his ghost in and you will have to try to beat his time! However, it doesn't matter if you don't.
But if you do beat his time, he'll tell you to try to beat his time at another racetrack. If you beat his time everywhere, you'll be able to use him!
The hardest place to beat his time is at Darkmoon Caverns. It was the last place I had to beat when I unlocked T.T.
T.T. is the best character in the game without a doubt. No one knows where he came from! People thought Drumstick was the best! So what really happened? Who knows?
