| SPEED-INCREASING ITEMS | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| These are not for eating! Collecting these will increase your speed. When you get 10 bananas, you'll be at your maximum speed. You lose 2 bananas when you get hit by a missile, mine, or bubble. We are not filling up on bananas before a race! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| These are on the course that can boost your speed for about 2 seconds. As you can see, there is a zipper for each vehicle. Just touch a part of it and you'll take off like a rocket! Just remember to face the right way when you do! To go through a hover or plane zipper, go right through them. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| You'll find many balloons during a race, each color has a different item. You can only carry one at a time. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Collecting one balloon gives you one missile. To upgrade to a Homing Missile or 10-Shot Missile Pack, collect 2 or 3 red balloons in a row. It's best to shoot at a straightaway or upclose. Unless you have a homing missile. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Red Balloon | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| There are 3 types of boosts: An orange, blue, and purple boost. They temorarily increase your speed. The most powerful boost is the purple boost. When you use it, be ready for a kick in the tailpipe! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Droppers are weapons you lay on courses. You can get an Oil Slick to a Spiked Mine to a bubble. Droppers can even be on water. It is best to use these on tailgaters. Try putting these right behind an item so others can't see the dropper as they collect the item! The bubble is the best and might put someone in last place automatically. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Collecting 3 Rainbow Balloons will get you a Yellow, Red, and Green magnet. Yellow and Red pull you up to the vehicle ahead of you to their position while the green magnet will pull your target towards you. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
