I am an avid Role Player so I have decided to create a Web-Site to refelct this... My favourite games are AD&D, CoC, SR and WFRP... So most of what I put on here will be of that nature...
Advanced Dungeons and Dragons (AD&D) Steel flashed in the flickering torch light of the mine... With a single pawerful stroke... Andreas brought his sword down upon the giant spider's back... With a squeal, the great beast shuddered under the sword blow... Black blood boiled out of the gaping wound and poured onto the stone floor, where it popped and sizzled like acid... The wounded creature tried to make a last attack, but it found that its strength had flowed out with its blood... With a thud, the monster collapsed into a sprawl of twisted legs on the floor... Even before the spider fell... Andreas knew that his work was done... There are times when a swordsman knows his swing has been perfect and his enemy cannot stand against it - this was one of those times... Keeping his weapon ready, just in case another of the dark creatures might be near. Andreas turned to the cleric Knolan and spoke... His tone was hused, but his words were urgent and sharp... "Will he live?"

Shadowrun (SR) The world is changed, some say Awakened... Magic has returned to the world, and elves, dwarfs orks, and trolls have assumed their true forms... Creatures of the wild have changed as well, becoming things of myth and legend... And technology has changed people, too... No longer mere flesh, many humans have turned to artifcial enhancements called Cyberware, and become more than human... Modern man is stronger, smarter, and faster...
I have recently brought Cursed Empire from my visit to GenCon UK. I met Chris Loizou whilst I was there, and I have been given permission to display some of the images from their website... Cursed Empire (CE) Many years ago the world of Thargos was mainly made up of a vast empire (known as "The Empire")... Trade was flourishing, and the inhabitants enjoyed a relatively good standard of living... In spite of limited incursions of certain evil hoards and a relatively high crime rate, the Empire was going through it Golden Age... It was a time of great discoveries and expeditions to new lands far across vast oceans and seas... Numerous Pantheons of different Gods exercised their influence on the people... There was a God for everything and everyone had a God... Temples could be found all over the Continent, homage to the faith and rituals of old... The Thargian Slave-Masters of history were no more than a myth, lost in the sinking sands of time...

Guild Wars (GW) I know that this is technically a computer game and not an RPG, but after playing it I am quite hooked on the game... One of my friend recommended it to me and I'm glad that she did, although having passed her on the Level table after only a week of playing the game...
