Mandorians are 5th-6th generation Condorian-Wood Elf crossbreeds... They have a notable tendency to be more involved in intellectual activities and magic, as their physique is a lot weaker than that of their Condorians counterparts... This doesn't mean that they cannot also be encountered as fighters and other, more physical based, characters but it is far less common... Their immune system is also weaker that any other races which makes them prone to disease and illness... Numerous Mandorians have become Philosophers, Mages, Sorcerers and Councillors to royalty or powerful lords... They have the reputation for wisdom and knowledge, which have enabled them to occupy very high-ranking positions in the most evolved societies... They are always keen to expand their knowledge, which has led some of them to push themselves beyond natural limits...

Certain amongst them have isolated themselves in order to meditate and practice the arts of magic... They surround themselves with bodyguards, magical beasts and traps to protect them... This is why a great number of monasteries and fortified lairs have been built in the Durncrag range of mountains towards the south... In the larger cities one can find great Mandorian libraries containing innumerable amounts of knowledge and information in the fortified scroll-vaults... They are highly respected throughout the Empire, even if most Condorians prefer the use of steel and iron to that of the arcane arts...

In the south, the Great Mages have immense power and have managed to increase their physical and mental strength beyond the boundaries of what is considered normal... It is not uncommon to face Battle-Mages from Morg, wielding soul-clever swords and wearing armour... Death Magic is also a widespread practice in the South... This dark art involves toying with the dead or Undead as they are more commonly known. The practice of this form of magic is banned in the Empire and is punishable by the death penalty...

Demeanour: Mandorians are cautious and generally solitary by nature... They are not the most trusting of individuals...

Appearance: Slim, occasionally appearing to be gaunt or ill... Their hair is usually wiry and their eyes are pale... They are of normal height and comparable to that of the contemporary men and women...

Average Height and Weight: Male: 5'8" to 5'11"/150lbs to 160lbs; Females: 5'3" to 5'5"/115lbs to 125lbs...

Life Expectancy: 80-120 years...
