PUNCH-DRUNK LOVE

After the three-hour long Magnolia, Paul Thomas Anderson gave us this nice little love story starring Adam Sandler and Emily Watson. Die hard Adam Sandler fans, who grew up on Billy Madison and Happy Gilmore, will find his usual slap-stick, crazy antics toned down to a more sophisticated level. They are still there, but they are done much more artistically. This is a great film that will inspire plenty of laughs.
Rated R for strong language including a scene of sexual dialogue.
