Have you ever seen a film that's so bad that it's actually fun to watch? That is what this is. This film was made in the aftermath of the American Godzilla, which actually had a cohesive plot and made sense. Well, the Japanese apparently just wanted to take Godzilla back. In that, they succeeded. They took it back to the cheap way it was back in the '50s. Godzilla is, once again, a man in a rubber suit. The UFO is, obviously, animated and thrown in the picure. The performances are all bland, stupid, and overly done. Of course, it is all of these terrible qualities that give the film a comedic quality that is fun to watch. Don't watch this expecting to see something great. Watch this for a good laugh.
