Casablanca

1943 ***** 103 mins.

Ever since 1943, Casablanca has been deemed one of the greatest motion pictures of all time, and rightfully so. It's hard to pinpoint exactly what makes this film so great, but it truly lives up to every praising allegation made about it. I remember watching it the first time thinking just that. One element of the film that no one can forget is the use of the song "As Time Goes By". Leonard Maltin deems this "The best Hollywood movie of all time." It won the Best Picture Academy Award. This is a legendary film that will never fade from our memories.
