In this fantastic Spanish-language film, a young man falls in love with a beautiful young girl. However, a jealous ex-lover ends her life by crashing her car into a wall, with the young man in the passenger seat. What happens after the accident is a thought-provoking suspense-fest that Glenn Whipp of the Daily News calls "Marvelously complex." Words could never fully describe the effect this film has on its viewer. Re-made in English in 2001 as Vanilla Sky.
Rated R for language, sexual content, nudity, violence, and some drug use.
