Protests |
While in the program we were required to attend protests and write about them, so here are the two that I attended while in the area. They were both anti-war, and the first one was on the Mall and was huge. The second one was on Independence Square (a few blocks from the White House), and it was kinda creepy how many police were there, especially when some of them drove by with video cameras filming the crowd!! |
