| The Far West Ski Association (FWSA) is a nonprofit, volunteer organization with an emphasis on skier safety, ski travel, ski area development, communications, club program and family ski involvement. FWSA covers California, Arizona, Oregon, Washington, New Mexico, and Nevada. FWSA is a charter member of the National SKi Council Federation. |
| Los Angeles Council (LAC) covers approximately 30 ski and snowboard clubs in the Los Angeles Basin. The Council is one of 10 councils within FWSA. |
