Cause and Effect Essay [The Causes Behind Your Pursuit of a Higher Education]
For the Past five years, I have been a full-time

homemaker with a few odd jobs here and there.

With todays economy, my husband just cant

work enough hours to keep us above the poverty

line.  After many hours of discussion we decided

that rather than getting another minimum wage,

dead end job, I would go back to school and get

the little piece of paper all the reputable

companies want for their high-paying positions I

want and we need.  I have a lot of office

experience; over six years worth; but for the type
of positions I want (something in the Human

Resources or Accounting Department, something
with more responsibilities than data entry) a

college degree is required.  Of course, to be

perfectly honest, the free laptop had something to
do with my choice of colleges. (Ha, Ha!!)
