Many people have asked me this question: (By "many" I usually mean one or two.) "phillip! Do you know a good way to lose weight?"

Yes I do. Although I have never experienced obecity, I can tell you the drills that make me sweat the most. From an ascending order by degree of difficulty, they are: jogging, swimming, kicking, station drills, and ninja stamina training (i just made that name up cause ninjas must train their asses off to be so fast)

Jogging

Jog about a mile. If it tires you out like KURAZY, you're out of shape. Jogging is only suppose to get your heart pumping.

Swimming

yea.. .just swim you know ... swimming nigs

Kicking

this is for tae kwon do people only and none of my friends do tae kwon do except my tae kwon do friends so im not gonna bother putting this up unless someone actually wants it up here

station drills

This requires self-dicipline, desire and all that mental strength, because it will hurt... ALOT. First jog a mile, then jump right into the swimming pool, swim about 10 laps, (length about 70 feet), then do the following kicks: double kick x 20, roundhouse x 40 each leg, and 50 push ups, then back to the beginning, which is jogging. yes i have done this before and i threw up

Ninja stamina training

this training requires a wall (height 10 feet) , a human target, and 5 trees.
First, climb up and down the wall 20 times. The human target is placed on the other side of the wall. Sneak up to the target. It is crucial that the target does not notice you. Beat up the target until it feints. Goto the tree (it must have leaves) kick the tree and grab all the leaves that fall after. Repeat the tree step until either the tree is knocked down or all the leaves are gone. Repeat this entire cycle until you pass out or die. No I haven't done this before because i just made this up.
