The Habitat For Humanity home is completed. This is a very small portion of the work that has went on at the Habitat house. Here is a very brief sample of the work that has gone on at the site, and the progress that has been made with the help of volunteers, such as you. Without you this home would not be a reality, it would still be a project upcoming. Here is to a little more than a year of work in pictures. The Habitat For Humanity of Las Animas County has accomplished a lot in it's first year in service to the community and is looking forward to many, many more years and homes in the future. What these pictures show are great volunteers. Volunteers that are everyday people doing something extraordinary. They are your local businesses, schools, and dedicated workers. The Habitat volunteers all include everyone from the crews out doing construction faithfully twice a week, to the Habitat board, which spends hours organizing, to the people who donate materials and necessities. All of these people are amazing. They contribute very generously, and Habitat would like to take this time to thank EVERYONE for EVERYTHING that was done. The list is about a mile long, and next year we hope to thank you more appropriately, but as everyone we learn from experience. So again thank you.
