Before joining our firm as an associate, Mr. Kirby spent 14 years working for the Department of Labor's Employment Security Division. This gives him experience in the areas of Employer Taxes and Unemployment issues. Through this opportunity he has gained a special understanding of both the employer and claimant aspects, the uncertainty of the markets, and the frustrations facing small business owners. Prior to serving the citizens of the great State of Tennessee, he was a licensed health insurance agent.
Ron hails from east Tennessee but has been in the Nashville area since 1977. He currently lives in the Percy Priest lake area near the famous Opryland Hotel and Opry Mills Mall.
He is an accomplished professional pianist and holds the special honor of being the first resident pianist of the Opryland Hotel. He enjoys live entertainment, broadway shows, live comedy and frequent trips back to enjoy the unbelievable beauty of the Great Smokey Mountains.
