Pictures cannot do this place justice. This place was the most impressive place we went to on the trip. The land formations are spectacular, think balancing rocks 1000 times over. Take a drive out to this national park. It is not too far away from Fort Bowie, so it is around an hours drive north of Douglas. The drive out to it is beautiful as well. At the park you will first see the Far Away Ranch before you go up the "Scenic View" drive. The Ranch is very beautiful and is still used by campers. On the drive make sure you stop at all the rock formations, The Ship Captain, the China Boy, and the Pipe Organs. If you go here you will not be disappointed. |
