28 Days Later

Director Danny Boyle sets  a new standard for horror   This film shows how a virus virtually wipes out all of England in a matter of days.  This brilliantly directed film is filled with strong messages of humanity and survival.  If you like movies that are a bit artsy, and make a lasting impression this one is for you.

28 DAYS LATER
Reservior Dogs

Director Quentin Tarantino came out of nowhere with this breakthrough film that received several film festival awards.  A story line that is shuffled out of order showing the severe consequences that come when a well thought out diamond heist goes bad.  This is the movie that put Quentin Tarantino on the map in Hollywood.

RESERVOIR DOGS
Pulp Fiction
Pulp Fiction made Quentin Tarantino the critically acclaimed director that he is today.  Cleaning up awards at the Cannes film festival in France, picking up an Academy Award for best screenplay. Tarantino incorporates the same time-shuffle element in this film to connect three separate stories into one elaborate plot.  This film is a MUST HAVE  for every film enthusiast.

Desperado
Antonio Banderas stars in this modern-day shoot'em-up western.  Written, produced and directed by Robert Rodriguez, Desperado mixes the asthetic of a classic western with the action and violence of a Tarantino film.  With co-star Salma Hayek, Antonio Banderas proves that violence and action can be beautiful on film.  Check this one out!
