| Question #1 * How do you lose weight the right way? I am always hearing different ways to do it, but what really works? Good question. I think many of us are curious to this answer. Well, here is the lowdown: you lose weight when you burn more calories than you take in. Sounds simple, and it is if you really watch what you eat. I suggest eating a light breakfast, a moderate lunch, and a light dinner. The reason for this is that you burn most of your calories in the afternoon, not when you go to bed. If you have a big dinner, you will end up taking in many extra calories. Also, try to eat the healthy foods rather than constant junk. | Question #2 * How do I get a guy or girl to like me? Ok, ok I won't give you the expected answer of "just be yourself". In my opinion, the only way to be noticed by someone that you like as more than a friend is to pay attention to them. Guys, don't try to act all cool and play games with her by ignoring her one day and being all over her the next. All you have to do is genuinely show the person that you care about them. Most likely, the person you like will realize that maybe there is a possibility of a relationship of more than just friends if you show them that you are simply a caring person. Another thing, ask them questions about themself and their likes and dislikes. This is a sure way to find out more about the person, and have a conversation without looking overly-interested.
