Well, I guess I should start with a little about me.  I'm 25 years old and I am using this page to track and display my weight loss progress.  I married a wonderful guy, Matt, almost 2 years ago and have definitely since then gained the manditory marriage weight lol.  Well, guess what?  It's coming off!!!  The picture to the right is my WAY BEFORE pic.  I know it's a bit blurry but it'll give you an idea of how much change my body has gone through in the past coulple of years.  I believe I was 20 in that pic so it was quite a while ago.  The next pic is from my wedding on May 3rd 2003.  I gained a little bit by that time. My third pic is the worst one of all and was taken January 1, 2005.  Uggh, I hate even posting it but I guess it's a good motivational pic.  The next two are my most recent and were taken last week.  Oh and the guy with me is my hubby, isn't he cute! :)
My weight loss plan is as follows.  I don't really follow a strict diet.  Pretty much I've just cut out sugared pop and fast food.  It's been working so far, just hope it lasts!!  My exercise program is awesome.  I play DDR (Dance Dance Revolution for PS2) just about every day for at least 1/2 hour.  It has really been great finding a workout that I acutally LIKE to do.  I tried Pilates, Yoga, Power 90 and none of them were for me.  Too boring.  I would recommend DDR for anyone who is looking to look weight and have fun at the same time.
