My Pocket PC (Toshiba e805), my iPods (4th generation 20 GB and 4th generation 40 GB) with iTrip FM transmitter and inMotion speakers); my XBOX (Silent Hill 4 is my current fave); my computer (butt kickin' Gateway 710X); my pets (Chloe, Mozart, Stanzie, Nikita); tons of music (far too many types/artists to list here but Radiohead is my favorite band and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart is my favorite composer); reading (latest fave is Slammerkin by Emma Donoghue, Cormack McCarthy is my favorite author and W. H. Auden is my favorite poet), watching movies (latest fave is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind; and The Lord of the Rings series has gone down in history in my book) and certain television shows (latest fave is Queer Eye); writing; surfing the net; checking out a performance by the Detroit Symphony Orchestra; wandering through the Detroit Institute for the Arts on a rainy Sunday afternoon; checking out a play at Meadowbrook Theater (Tom Stoppard's Arcadia and Charles Dickens' Christmas Carol are my favorite productions to date); taking walks with my doggie on a cold, sunny day in the fall when everything is covered by the falling leaves; the month of October, Halloween and fall in general; Indian food (Priya); Mediterranean food (La Shish); Schloss Johannisberg wine; Belgian beer (Leffe!); European culture and history (Wiesbaden, Germany and Brugge, Belgium are definite faves); hiking Mt. Rainier in Washington and enjoying downtown Seattle; planting and caring for my flowers; the Pink Floyd laser show at Cranbrook; snowy days that force you to stay inside, thereby giving you an excuse to goof off . . .
