| You walk into the cave happy to be out of the sun and someplace cool. Looking around, you see a girl standing in front of you, looking at her she smiled and bowed. "I am Midnight. I hear that you are here to see the dragon. Follow me then."she said leading you down a long tunnel and into a rather big cavern. Looking around you see two other girls giggling and talking. Both of them looked up and bowed as you neared. "Welcome, I am Red Rose and this is Sara, you've met Midnight already. We guard Heart of the Milky Way, Heart for short."Red Rose said walking over to you,"Would you like to see here?"she asked. You nod and tell them that you would, this seemed to make them happy,"This is wonderful, follow us." They lead you down another long tunnel and into a larger cave. Standing aside, all three of them pointed and nodded for you to go on. Shaking, you walk into the cave and see the dragon at a pond drinking some of the water. The dragon soon saw you and growled,"What are you doing in my cave?" You state that you are only there to visit and mean the dragon no harm. You remember what you had learned while on your way here about the dragon finding it hard to trust anyone. Growling again the dragon spoke, " I am Heart of the Milky Way, a Fire Opal. My parents are Brimstone and MoonOrb. I am lifemate to Downpour the Typhoon and also the Mother of the Storm Eye dragons.I am the Aunt of the Autum Gems and the Fire Storms." You bow and say that it is nice to met her and then you hear laughing. Looking up you see her laughing at something, then you realize that something is you. "You are weak, get out of my site and never return."she said turning and walking away from you. "She is still getting used to Cairhein, she will need time to heal from this horrible act that she and others have been put through."Sara said shaking her head as she walked over to you,"I guess your visit is over, I do hope that you'll come back to see her." You nod and say that you will. Turning you hurry out of the cave and down the way you came. |
