Here is what my yearbook says about me ---- His hair(style??) sets him apart anywhere. With a gifted gab, this fundoo guy can convince you everything about nothing, provided you keep pace with his thinking and talking. He has a fast calculating mind which he uses for churning out statistics (vital and otherwise!) This Govinda fan comes out happy even after the dullest of movies CompSci Assoc Secretary 1998-99, his nightmare is doing a Ph.D in Mathematics. This stockmarket buff is excellent at establishing 'contis' and is ever readily charged. Hegde is not yet sure what he wants to do and believes -'I'll find a way-or make one'. |

I currently work for Hindustan Lever Ltd. as a Business Leadership Trainee. I love my job because people at my company are really nice and the work I get to do is jus' my kind of stuff. Advanced Operating Systems is a Post-grdauate level course on Distributed Operating Systems. It is basically oriented towards the theory of Distributed Systems. One of the projects I am doing is a study
on Active Networks. Active Networks are basically networks where the nodes can execute the code present in packets and perform various computations on the data present in the packets. I am doing this project under Dr.
G. Raghurama and am very enthusiastic about it. The other project is on the implementation of an IPv6 User stack for simulation purposes. The idea behind this project is to enable
the isolation and simulation of IPv6 for the purpose of performance analysis. The first round of campus recruitment has almost come to an end. I have landed a GREAT job in Novell's Bangalore centre. The pay is Rs..2.4
lakhs + perks. Now I am wondering whether to + Take up the job + Appear for the GRE and pursue post-graduate studies in Computer Science + Appear for CAT and try to get into an IIM to pursue an MBA
I am at present confused as to what to. All suggestions are welcome. |
