At this point, Jinzo started telling Seto all about his past and the year long test. He reminded Seto of his birthday and when he received 2 shares of KaibaCorp. Mokuba also got 2 shares. Seto had to get more than half to become the sucessor of KaibaCorp. Seto went to all lengths to win because K. Kaiba was using technology to hurt people. He suceeded into turning the Big Five against K. Kaiba, but someone informed K. Kaiba. Seto blamed everything on Mokuba, so Mokuba was on K. Kaiba's side for the rest of the year. On Seto's next birthday, he had 49% of the shares, while K. Kaiba had 51%. At this time, Mokuba stepped in and told them that 2% was his and he gave his 2% to Seto, making Seto the winnner. Meanwhile Noa was trying to persuade Mokuba that Seto betrayed him and was using him.
Jinzo then used Satellite Cannon's special effect and destroyed Seto's face down monster. Jinzo's Injection fairy lily then destroyed Seto's Vorse Raider. Seto then summoned a monster(unknown) and powered it up to an attack of 3200. It attack Injection fairy lily, but it was destroyed. Seto lost 200 lp, but he laughed. He explained that you have to pay 2000 life points to use Injection Fairy Lily's effect, so since Jinzo had less than 2000 lp left, Injection Fairy Lily was vunerable. Doldra then destroyed Injection Fairy Lily. Satellite Cannon then destroyed Doldra. Jinzo then played Dreamsprite in defense mode. Seto then summoned a fire-type monster and attacked Dreamsprite. Jinzo activated Dreamsprite's effect and redirected the attack at Satellite Cannon. Seto's monster wasn't able to attack Satellite Cannon, so nothing happened. During Seto's next turn he played Pot of Greed. Seto then set a monster and activated his Lord of Dragon's Cheif of the Card effect. He payed 500 life points and sacraficed his two monsters an summoned the Blue-Eyes White Dragon. Blue-Eyes then destroyed Satellite Cannon and won Seto the duel. Seto then asked Jinzo where Mokuba was, but Jinzo didn't reply. Jinzo then disappeared.
Meanwhile Noa asked Mokuba why he was happy that Seto won. Mokuba replied that he doesn't care if Seto betrayed him and that he is just happy for Seto.
